As the only tenants you will have access to the entire house :4 rooms, a spacious kitchen, a    lounge, the solarium, the laudry room equiped with washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms,    cable tv and high speed internet, a picnic table, outdoor stove and B.B.Q.
