Rates – taxes added – are paid by check in Canadian currency.

To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit is required. After the 10th day, the confirmation is cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY..
A $50. adminitration fee will be taken off the deposit following a written notice received 30 days prior to the planned arrival.

As for cancellation notices received inside 30 days prior to the planned arrival, the reservation’s total amount will be retained unless we can rent the house for the same period. Then only a $50. charge will be imposed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

To leave the premises as found.

All dishes should be washed and put away.

Sheets ans towels should be brought to the laundry room.

Refuse should be taken to the garbage cans outside.

Pets are allowed with certain restrictions.

A non-smoking house.

Departure : noon the day you are due to leave.

Damage of any nature should be mentionned before departure ; cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the tennants.
